14 Days to Return - Online only

This policy applies to all online full-priced ‘Sam & Lola’ items. We offer a 14 day return policy for sizing matters only. All items must be returned unworn (except for tried on), in original condition with tags still attached, folded as they came and with all buttons done up. This ensures that your return is received in a resellable condition.

If the item you purchased online doesn’t fit - We will accept your full priced return for a refund back minus the given shipping and handling fee. All return requests can be submitted via the contact page email.
